About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support the recruitment of healthcare professionals for our clients in the US.
You will primarily be recruiting for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) within the ABA healthcare space.
You do not need previous ABA experience. If you have a background in recruitment, healthcare recruitment, medical recruitment, staffing, or agency recruitment, you'll be trained on the basics of ABA and the specific roles you're recruiting for.
We're looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of recruitment, is comfortable sourcing and approaching candidates, and has strong follow-through from initial outreach through to placement.

What You'll Be Doing
Source candidates for RBT and BCBA positions using LinkedIn and Aploy.
Identify and approach suitable candidates based on the requirements of each vacancy.
Conduct candidate outreach and follow up consistently.
