Purpose of the Role: To serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of painting contractor clients, ensuring they receive consistent value, clear communication, and results-driven service. The Partner Advocate is the connective tissue between the client and the internal servicing team - responsible for retention, satisfaction, and growth within their book of business.
About the Role: As a Partner Advocate at Painter Marketing Pros , you will own the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing management. You won't be executing the marketing work directly; that's handled by our specialized servicing team, but you will be accountable for what the client experiences, understands, and achieves. You'll represent the client internally and represent PMP externally, keeping both sides aligned and moving forward. This is a remote, full-time role working 9 AM - 6 PM EST.
