Location: South Africa
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Salary: R33 500 - R35 000
We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, long-term client partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, resolve challenges proactively, and ensure both clients and contractors receive an exceptional experience
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build long-term relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and contractors.
Resolve client and contractor queries and escalations in a timely, professional manner.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor account performance and maintain accurate client records.
Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure tasks are completed through to resolution.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve the overall client experience.
