Job Overview:

The Accounts Receivable & Settlement Manager is responsible for management of all receivables and simulcast settlement activity to ensure timely and accurate reporting. In addition, monitoring and tracking of cash activity. Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies in order to achieve excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Accountable for the performance and results of the A/R function, including simulcast settlements; • Maintain accounts receivable subledger for multiple companies in SAP • Communicate with simulcast settlement agents to ensure accuracy of billing/payables;

• Apply cash receipts in SAP;

• Prepare monthly revenue (invoice billing) and A/R journal entries; • Reconcile simulcast revenue, calculate purse and other statutory expenses, and prepare applicable journal entries; • Conduct monthly bad debt review, propose allowance for doubtful accounts, and report delinquent accounts to department...
