Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Advisory Services Consultant, who will design and execute Change Management strategies for our clients. At The Groove, we strive to maximize the desires and capabilities of our clients’ employees and create solutions to achieve company business objectives.

This individual will align the people side of change with new technologies and improved business processes. In this role, you will define user experiences, document process change impacts, define new job skills and abilities, and implement human-centered approaches to navigate the organizational transformation. You will also partner with clients to help them navigate and prioritize emerging AI capabilities to achieve organizational and business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

Act as a change advocate and a coach to client leadership and organizational leads.

Create the overall change management strategy for client organizations to support HR, Financial, and Student transformation initiatives.

Assess current state and propose future state models for organizations and service delivery teams; define skills and capabilities needed for these new roles.
