About the role

Our client in the US is looking for a confident, personable and sales-driven Appointment Setter to support aesthetic clinics by contacting opted-in leads interested in high-ticket treatments. You will follow a structured phone script, assess each lead’s interest, handle objections and secure consultation bookings with a deposit.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a warm and empathetic phone manner, and the ability to turn enquiries into confirmed appointments while maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sheets. You will manage leads across multiple clinic accounts and work US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

Contact opted-in leads who have expressed interest in aesthetic treatments and follow up on enquiries promptly.

Conduct short, scripted phone assessments to understand each lead’s interest and suitability for a consultation.

Explain the consultation booking process and guide interested leads towards securing an appointment with a deposit.

Handle objections confidently and professionally while maintaining a warm, consultative approach.
