Role Overview

The AI Workflow Automation Manager leads the design and execution of intelligent workflows that power our clients’ marketing operations. This role blends hands-on technical implementation with client collaboration, translating business requirements into scalable AI-driven automation. You will manage complex workflow builds, support integrations, and help establish implementation standards across the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of complex client workflow implementations on our AI platform

Develop and maintain Python automation scripts and SQL data workflows supporting integrations and reporting

Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, often rebuilding environments to diagnose problems

Collaborate with client marketing and operations teams to map existing processes and design automated alternatives

Define implementation standards and document repeatable playbooks for scalable delivery
