About the Role

At Pavago , we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an AIA Billing Specialist to manage contracts, AIA billing, construction bonding, and project documentation for a growing commercial construction company.

This is a specialized construction operations role—not a general administrative position.

You’ll be responsible for:

AIA billing (G702/G703)

Schedule of Values (SOV) management

Construction contracts

Bonding coordination

Project documentation

Billing compliance

We’re looking for someone who has supported U.S.-based commercial construction projects remotely and has hands-on experience managing payment applications, retainage, contract administration, and bonding requirements.
