Scope of Work

Listen to authentic air traffic control (ATC) radio transmissions and accurately transcribe audio following detailed project guidelines

Extract and document key flight instructions, including headings, altitudes, and radio frequencies

Reference supporting materials such as airport diagrams, navigational charts, and aircraft positioning data to ensure precise transcription and annotation

Apply aviation experience to interpret diverse communication styles, accents, and operational contexts commonly encountered in real-world ATC

Meet a rigorous standard for transcription accuracy, targeting a 2% word error rate or better
