We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Conveyancing Paralegal with experience in UK residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will provide administrative and legal support to solicitors and conveyancers throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring that property transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with relevant UK legal requirements and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the UK property market, conveyancing procedures, legal documentation, and property transaction workflows, with the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining excellent attention to detail and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist solicitors and conveyancers with residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Open new files, conduct client onboarding, and assist with client identification and verification, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.

Prepare, review, and manage conveyancing documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, property information forms, and other relevant legal documents.
