Every day, American homeowners raise their hand for a new roof, a new heating and cooling system, new windows, or solar. Your job is to be the first person who calls them back, earn their trust in under five minutes, and book them into an in-home appointment with a closer who wins the job.

RevStone is a sales agency that places top appointment setters with fast-growing home-improvement companies across the United States. We provide the leads, the training, and the systems. You provide the voice, the energy, and the follow-through.

This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role paid in USD , with a fixed monthly base, a performance bonus on top, and a health and wellness stipend once you're through your first 90 days.

What You'll Do

Call warm, high-intent leads generated by our clients' marketing (no cold lists)

Qualify homeowners, handle objections, and book confirmed in-home appointments

Run confirmation and reschedule follow-ups to keep show rates high

Keep clean, accurate call notes and appointment records

Hit daily activity and appointment targets, and review your numbers weekly with a sales coach
