The Role

We’re hiring Associate Forward Deployed Engineers to support data ingestion and customer data operations.

You’ll work alongside FDEs to execute scoped technical workflows: preparing and transferring data, monitoring ingestion jobs, validating results, communicating status, and escalating issues.

This is a junior, hourly role for engineers who are technical, reliable, and comfortable operating with clear processes and guidance.

What You’ll Do

Size, prepare, and transfer customer datasets.

Execute and monitor data ingestion workflows.

Validate transfer results and identify discrepancies.

Communicate status, blockers, and follow-ups with customers and internal teams.

Maintain clear handoffs and operational documentation.

Identify gaps or unexpected behavior and escalate when needed.

Handle sensitive customer data with care.

What We’re Looking For

Strong ownership and attention to detail.

Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Familiarity with Python, SQL, APIs, or data workflows.
