AWS Technical Lead / Architect

The Role We are looking for a hands-on AWS Technical Lead to act as the architectural anchor. You will not just be coding; you will be the "Technical North Star".

You will oversee solution design, enforce best practices, and guide the implementation of complex systems ranging from Infrastructure Setups to AI-powered solutions & Enterprise Data Warehouses.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical guidance across multiple projects.

Own the end-to-end cloud architecture . You will decide when to use Lambda vs. Fargate, how to optimize Redshift/Glue, and where to implement security boundaries.

While you don't need to be a Data Scientist, you must be comfortable architecting applications that consume AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Vector Databases).

Conduct code reviews, set standards for Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and mentor developers to ensure production-grade delivery.

Translate complex technical concepts into business value for our clients, helping them understand trade-offs and risks.

You will be the internal client qualifying the deliverables before it goes to deployment
