This is not a typical call-center environment; it is a fast-paced, sophisticated role requiring emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and a "single window" approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for European corporate cardholders, managing enquiries via phone and email with precision and speed.

Bilingual Bridge: Expertly translate and communicate complex financial enquiries between English and German to ensure seamless service delivery.

Issue Ownership: Take full accountability for cardholder queries, acting as a point of escalation and liaising with back-office teams to provide first-class resolutions.
