About the role

Grüns is growing fast, and the ops org needs someone who can bring order to that growth. As BizOps Manager , you'll be the analytical and strategic backbone for our ops team, standing up the frameworks, systems, and rigor to make Grüns Operations Best-in-Class. This is a role for someone who's already proven they can own a problem end to end in a startup environment, and who's ready to do it with more scope and less oversight. You'll report directly to our VP of BizOps and work as a peer to our existing BizOps team.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In this role, you will:

Build and refine supply chain models to improve reliability of COGS and capacity forecasts.

Take full ownership of S&OP and variance analyses, ensuring forecasts and planning are optimized.
