Bond Delivery Coordinator

The Bond Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of documents and closed loan files to various bond agencies, servicers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare applicable bond documentation including but not limited to delivery checklists, transfer letters, lien notes etc.
Submit check requests, compliance fee payments, and issuance of assignments of mortgage.
Submit master servicer loan file and compliance loan package in accordance with company, bond program specific, and Bond Housing Authority guidelines within the required delivery timeframe.
Monitor loan delivery and file receipt confirmation to meet applicable deadlines.
Monitor loan pipeline to identify and clear delivery deficiencies in a timely manner.
Communicate with investors, agencies, and third parties to ensure completeness of delivered loan file.
Provide frequent bond loan status updates within loan origination platform and appropriate investor portals.
Escalate deficiency resolution issues to team lead when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
