Job Summary:

The Sr. Director of Cardiology and Operations is a senior leader responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of ArchWell Health ’s cardiology service line across all markets. This leader serves as the operational partner to cardiology clinical leadership, supporting the development and scaling of a high-performing cardiology program through data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is responsible for evaluating performance, utilization trends, access, quality outcomes, and care delivery effectiveness across markets to drive continuous improvement and support value-based care objectives. In addition to cardiology responsibilities, this leader may provide operational leadership for enterprise initiatives and organizational improvement efforts as assigned. This role also provides enterprise-wide oversight for workforce planning and program growth, partnering with market operators and executive leadership to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes, member satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
