MindFi is hiring licensed remote counselors and psychotherapists to provide online therapy and mental health support to clients across the Asia-Pacific and European regions. This is a freelance, fully remote role that lets you deliver care on your own schedule while being part of a mission-driven platform.
What You’ll Do:
Provide virtual counseling, psychotherapy, or coaching sessions
Facilitate support groups and wellness Masterclasses
Use MindFi ’s secure digital platform to connect with diverse clients
Work with a flexible caseload based on your availability

What You’ll Need:
A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology , or a related field
Active registration/membership with relevant professional licensing bodies (if applicable in country of practice)
Minimum 3 years of counseling or psychotherapy experience , preferably including online therapy
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
