Role Overview
As a Career Coach / Career Consultant at LiaHia , you will partner with clients internationally to accelerate their career growth and job-search outcomes. You’ll deliver high-impact coaching sessions, provide actionable guidance, and elevate client positioning through resume and LinkedIn optimization. This role is ideal for an experienced coach/consultant who blends empathy with structure, and strategy with execution.
What You’ll Do
Conduct 1:1 career coaching sessions (discovery, goal-setting, accountability, and progress tracking)
Assess client backgrounds and translate experience into clear career narratives and target-role positioning
Optimize resumes for clarity, impact, and relevance (achievement-driven bullets, role alignment, ATS-aware formatting)
Optimize LinkedIn profiles (headline, about section, experience, keywords, and overall brand consistency)
