The Role This is not an assistant role, nor is it purely strategic. You will sit at the center of the business, rebuilding broken handoffs, pulling critical numbers, running leadership cadences, and owning projects nobody else has bandwidth for. If you want a high impact position where you see the entire business and have a real hand in where the company goes next, this is it. What You Will Do
Executive Leverage: Act as a proxy for the Owner in meetings. Prep decision memos so leadership is ready to decide (not just discuss), own the meeting cadence, and fiercely filter what reaches the executive desk.
Operations & Performance: Own the company operating rhythm, build performance dashboards, find and fix team friction, and systematize undocumented processes.
