We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy of a fast-growing international crypto iGaming group. Reporting directly to the COO and Board, you will define the company's technical vision, oversee engineering, infrastructure, blockchain, security, and product delivery, and play a key role in driving innovation and scalability across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the group's technology strategy and long-term roadmap.

Lead engineering, platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security functions.

Oversee blockchain infrastructure, crypto wallets, payment systems, and digital asset integrations.

Ensure highly scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms with excellent uptime and reliability.

Drive engineering best practices, CI/CD, automation, QA, and continuous improvement.
