The Role
This is a hands on, client facing delivery role. You will support the operational side of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with total clarity for the client. You will sit between the client and our internal delivery team. You will protect timelines, manage expectations, and keep momentum high.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Client Management
• Leading weekly client calls
Setting agendas and driving structured updates • Managing expectations clearly and confidently • Handling questions, blockers and feedback • Ensuring clients feel informed and in control
