Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Client Implementation & Operations Analyst to support the successful setup, configuration, and launch of new B2B client accounts within a BPO/outsourcing environment. This is a full-time, high-accountability role that bridges client onboarding and internal operations, ensuring that all systems, workflows, and reporting are accurately configured before and after go-live.

The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and highly comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools to deliver a smooth client implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the technical and operational setup of new B2B client accounts, including system configurations, workflow builds, and tool integrations

Coordinate with onboarding, IT, and operations teams to ensure all client requirements are accurately captured and implemented
