About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through the onboarding process and prepare them for their first podcast recording. You’ll lead welcome and onboarding calls, help clients complete technical setup, collect essential information, and ensure every client has a smooth transition into the recording process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing multiple onboarding steps, and making technical processes easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Communication

Conduct welcome calls to review equipment requirements and coordinate technical setup.

Lead onboarding calls to collect client information, establish podcast details, and explain processes and expectations.

Guide clients through the onboarding journey and answer questions clearly and professionally.

Assist clients with social media setup and account connections.

Technical Setup & Recording Readiness

Coordinate technical checks to confirm clients have the necessary equipment and setup.
