micro1 is engaging Clinical Publications Authors to participate in a customer’s project focused on developing advanced AI-assisted tools for medical and scientific writing. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

Task Authoring & Review: Author and review realistic evaluation tasks based on peer-reviewed journal manuscripts, scientific abstracts, conference posters, and presentation decks to inform AI tool development.

Structural & Formatting Assessment: Apply expert judgment to assess whether AI-generated draft sections align with publisher formatting standards, journal guidelines, and international publication ethics (such as ICMJE, GPP, and relevant EQUATOR Network reporting guidelines like CONSORT or STROBE).

Scientific Accuracy & Interpretation: Evaluate scientific accuracy in manuscripts, abstracts, and discussion sections, distinguishing true errors in data...
