Compliance Intern

What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Compliance Intern within our Legal and Compliance division. This position falls under our Payables line of business and is Remote. In this role, you will provide administrative support for the Compliance team in ensuring and documenting compliance with all applicable regulations including but not limited to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) requirements, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other compliance requirements as defined. You will report directly to the Manager of Risk & Compliance and regularly collaborate with multiple departments. How We Work As a Compliance Intern, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Coordinate, organize and maintain the master schedule for the department’s compliance reports, including management of the SAR (Suspicious Activity Reports) files.

Ensure adherence to the Ceridian and BSA record retention policies, procedure and follow an organized filing document management process for electronic and paper documents.
