About the Role

At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project completion.

This is a detail-driven operations role responsible for managing construction contracts, bonding processes, AIA billing, project documentation, and administrative coordination across multiple active projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, contractors, municipalities, vendors, and clients to ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule.
