Internal Opportunity – Consulting Team Roles As we prepare for several upcoming retirements, FAS will be posting multiple full-time (W-2) positions on the Consulting Team to backfill these roles. Competencies and Expectations

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutions utilizing interim staffing services, ensuring trust, responsiveness, and long-term partnerships.

Operational Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned work by ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with project expectations and compliance requirements standards, and quality expectations.

Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain awareness of Title IV and financial aid compliance requirements to ensure task and functions are completed within all regulatory frameworks.

Business Growth & Engagement Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand interim staffing services into broader consulting or operational partnerships with existing clients
