Position Overview

Home is more than a place—it is where much of life unfolds. We are seeking a contract writer and photographer to create a visually rich, inspiring book that explores the beauty, meaning, and everyday experiences of home through photography, storytelling, Scripture, and biblical reflection. This project should encourage readers to see God's grace and presence in the ordinary rhythms of life, offering hope and inspiration for a variety of life stages, family structures, and living situations. The strongest proposals will demonstrate a compelling visual vision and a thoughtful approach to integrating photography with encouraging, Christ-centered content.

Scope of Work

Conceptualize, photograph, and write a highly visual book (approximately 20,000–30,000 words)

Develop content that thoughtfully integrates photography, Scripture, personal reflection, storytelling, and biblical encouragement

Collaborate closely with the editorial team through multiple rounds of revision

Work with the design and editorial teams to ensure strong integration between visual and written content
