In this pivotal role, you will support the National Director of Payer Engagement in all aspects of contract management, negotiation, and compliance for TCN and its valued members and clients. Your focus will be on drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts with payers, vendors, and partners, ensuring they align perfectly with our organizational goals and regulatory requirements. As a Contracts Associate, you will be a go-to resource for contract-related inquiries, assist in developing innovative contract templates, and help coordinate contract processes across various departments.

Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Support negotiations by preparing documentation and analyzing proposed terms.

Maintain centralized systems for tracking contract status, renewals, and compliance requirements.

Ensure timely execution and storage of agreements for audit readiness.

Serve as a resource for TCN members regarding contract-related inquiries and processes.
