We’ve just rebuilt Replika and we’re going through a renaissance, and our goal is exponential growth.

Growth creative is how we get there — across channels. We need a creative producer who can take a positioning idea on Monday and have it live by the end of the week, wherever it needs to run: paid campaigns on Meta, UGC on TikTok and Instagram, whatever the numbers point to. Written, cast, shot, cut, and shipped. This is the engine that feeds our growth, and you’re the one running it.

You’re not strategizing from a deck. You’re generating concepts, writing the scripts, writing the ad and TikTok copy in English yourself, sourcing and briefing creators, directing the shoots, cutting the paid ads, and reading the numbers to decide what to make next. Four, five, six shoots...
