CRM Assistant (with Insellerate Experience)

We are looking for a Data Analyst / CRM Assistant who is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and highly proficient in Excel and CRM platforms. This role is key in supporting marketing, operations, and sales teams by maintaining clean, actionable data and ensuring CRM tools are optimized for performance.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, skilled in complex Excel functions, and familiar with CRM systems such as Insellerate, Salesforce, Go High Level, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or Purple Dot.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analysis

Clean, organize, and maintain large data sets to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.

Use advanced Excel functions to analyze and format data for reporting and imports.

Identify data trends, errors, and gaps, and work proactively to resolve issues.

Generate weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to support sales, marketing, and operations teams.

CRM Administration & Support

Work within Insellerate or similar CRM systems to update records, manage workflows, and ensure campaign accuracy.
