Overview

Dynime is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative CRM & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and business automation workflows across the organization. This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, streamlining internal processes, and enabling scalable growth through automation.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and leadership teams to build intelligent workflows, automate repetitive tasks, improve lead management, and maintain accurate customer data.
