You're a generalist who is willing to build the foundation of our data stack, which may involve some software engineering, data engineering, devops and data analysis

You're happy to be autonomous, making pragmatic decisions for yourself

You're curious - if something doesn't work you figure it out, you don't depend on others to fix things for you

You have related production experience with building a data stack from scratch
