The Role

We are looking for a Data Partnerships Manager to identify, engage, and close partnerships with companies interested in contributing workflow data for AI training and evaluation.

You will own the partnership process end-to-end: sourcing companies, running discovery conversations, understanding business workflows, navigating privacy and security discussions, negotiating commercial terms, and onboarding new partners.

What You'll Do

Source and engage companies with valuable operational workflows across a variety of industries.

Build relationships with founders, executives, and operational leaders.

Conduct discovery calls to understand business processes, workflow complexity, and partnership potential.

Educate prospective partners on how workflow data is used to train and evaluate AI systems.

Lead conversations around privacy, security, anonymization, data ownership, and compliance requirements.

Design partnership structures that align company goals with AI customer needs.

Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
