The Database Report Writer plays a key role in supporting data-informed decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports from our electronic health record (EHR) systems and other data sources. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports our mission to Inspire Hope and Promote Wellness—especially in rural communities where access to care matters most.

Develop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Design and build ad hoc reports to meet evolving organizational needs

Modify, test, and enhance existing reports to ensure accuracy and usability
