PURPOSE

Own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of deployments across business, technology, and operational teams. The Deployment Manager ensures each release is ready to deploy, dependencies and risks are understood, and all required activities are coordinated through go-live and stabilization. Key Responsibilities

Own the integrated deployment plan across business and technology workstreams. Drive deployment readiness across environments, data, integrations, testing, training, communications, cutover, and support. Coordinate dependencies across application teams, infrastructure, vendors, business teams, and other programs. Establish and manage deployment milestones, entry/exit criteria, and readiness checkpoints. Facilitate deployment readiness reviews and provide a clear view of risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions. Own the cutover plan, including sequencing, ownership, timing, dependencies, contingency planning, and command-center readiness. Ensure open defects, technical issues, and operational risks are understood and appropriately incorporated into deployment decisions.
