The Digital Adoption Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing WalkMe solutions to enhance user experience and streamline business processes. This role involves managing digital adoption projects from start to finish, engaging with stakeholders, and continuously improving digital adoption strategies to support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the WalkMe platform , excellent technical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced WalkMe solutions to enhance user experience, including the development and deployment of custom content using features such as automation, field validation, and ActionBots.

Lead digital adoption projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

Provide support to the user base by resolving support tickets in a timely and accurate manner.

Stay current with WalkMe trends, platform enhancements, and integrations to identify and recommend process improvements.
