Position Overview

Our client, a growing alternative-financing company, is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Origination to expand its professional referral network and generate lower-middle-market financing opportunities, typically ranging from $1M–$25M . The role offers a competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses, with potential total annual compensation of approximately $400,000–$600,000 for strong performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial finance, private credit, commercial banking, M&A/advisory, investment banking, ABL, factoring, SBA lending, equipment finance, or a related field, along with established relationships with banks, CPAs, attorneys, investment bankers, M&A advisors, financial advisors, private equity firms, and other referral sources. This is a relationship-driven role focused on generating repeat deal flow through professional referral partnerships .
