The Role

Join our research team as a Domain Researcher (DR), where you'll help advance AI-powered financial reasoning, with a focus on Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and strategic transactions.

We're looking for professionals with hands-on experience in corporate development, acquisition evaluation, and M&A execution who can translate real-world financial expertise into rigorous AI evaluation frameworks.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and scoring methodologies for AI agents operating in corporate development and M&A workflows.

Create realistic test cases covering acquisition screening, valuation, financial due diligence, deal structuring, and strategic investment decisions.

Evaluate AI-generated financial analyses, valuation models, acquisition assessments, and investment recommendations.

Translate real-world M&A experience into structured datasets, research scenarios, and measurable evaluation criteria.
