Ecosystem Lead

Role Overview:

The Ecosystem Lead is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the funnel that attracts, engages, and supports a growing community of innovative and ambitious builders within the Vana ecosystem. This role combines strategic planning with operational execution to create a seamless journey for developers and founders from initial awareness to active participation in building DataDAOs, decentralized AI applications, and other innovations that grow adoption of the Vana Network.

Key Responsibilities:

Funnel Development & Optimization:

Design and implement a comprehensive builder funnel, from outreach and onboarding to engagement and retention.

Analyze and refine the builder journey to maximize participation, satisfaction, and output quality.

Community Engagement:

Develop targeted initiatives to attract founders, developers, data scientists, and creators into the ecosystem.

Collaborate with marketing, community, product and developer relations teams to craft messaging and campaigns tailored to builder personas.

Program Management:
