About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Client Success Manager to join BSI 's Global Key Accounts team.

This role is focused on building strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, achieve their business objectives, and maximize the value of BSI 's solutions.

As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you will partner closely with Global Account Directors and internal teams to support strategic client relationships, oversee the client experience, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and drive long-term growth.
