About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. business immigration to join our growing immigration practice.
The ideal candidate has direct experience preparing and managing O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions and is comfortable handling immigration matters independently in a fast-paced law firm environment.
