Lexitas is seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Finance Manager to join our growing FP&A team. The position will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity, strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for the assigned operating division(s), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs associated with division operations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned operating division(s), tracking financial performance against targets in conjunction with Global Shared Services.
