About the Role
This is a founding engineering role at an early-stage AI startup building autonomous agents that automate complex processes for large industrial enterprises. You'll work across the full stack — from React frontends to LLM-powered backends to cloud infrastructure — and play a direct role in shaping both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Architect and ship end-to-end features, balancing immediate impact with long-term scalability.
Design agentic systems that leverage LLMs for reasoning, document extraction, and enterprise process automation.
Implement AI best practices to ensure autonomous agents operate with precision, security, and industrial-grade reliability.
Own the complete user journey — refining frontends, architecting backend logic, and managing cloud infrastructure.
Build mission-critical, secure, and resilient AI solutions held to the highest standards for data integrity.
Identify and resolve critical problems outside your immediate scope, from infrastructure bottlenecks to customer friction points.
