This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of sourcing high-quality technical talent across multiple disciplines. As a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers, you will play a critical role in building robust talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and driving innovative sourcing strategies to support business growth.
