We are looking for enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a Work from Home team on a seasonal contract . As the first point of contact for our client's premium customers, you'll represent an international brand known for its exceptional service and quality.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as a brand ambassador , delivering first-class service via phone, email, social media, and live chat .
Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, exchanges, and order status updates with empathy and efficiency.
Aim for first-contact resolution , while keeping customers informed and satisfied throughout.
Work to meet and exceed personal KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) .
Update customer records with accurate, concise information .
Raise any operational issues or suggestions for improvement with management.
