We're building a bench of German-Speaking Customer Service Agents to support the brand's DACH customers during peak periods. This is a flexible, demand-based arrangement built around the brand's busiest moments, including monthly campaigns and bigger seasonal peaks like Black Week and the pre-Christmas period.
