About the Role

At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a GoHighLevel Marketing Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day marketing execution, CRM workflows, email campaigns, social media, and operational coordination.

This is a hands-on execution role — not a strategy-only position. You’ll work directly inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage automations, pipelines, nurture sequences, and lead follow-ups while also supporting content, social media, and broader business operations.

If you’re highly organized, comfortable with marketing technology, and know how to keep CRM + marketing + operational workflows running smoothly, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Own

GoHighLevel CRM & Marketing Automation

Build, manage, and optimize workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)

Create and maintain:

CRM automations

Nurture sequences

Email campaigns

Follow-up workflows

Lead pipelines

Maintain clean and accurate contact and pipeline records

Ensure leads and customers receive timely communication
