Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a business process outsourcing (BPO) company. This is a full-time role requiring direct experience marketing a BPO itself, not a BPO's clients. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and comfortable owning both brand and demand generation efforts in a fast-paced, service-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand, services, and growth goals

Manage advertising campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking

Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and positioning across digital channels

Manage social media presence, website content, and email marketing initiatives

Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business development goals
